SkillOxa provides digital solutions including AI automation, web development, mobile app development, SEO, and digital marketing. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. SkillOxa retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms are 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, and 30% on delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkillOxa's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
